Just before the onset of winter, HOPE HOME • НАДІЯ took its first practical step by bringing materials and expert knowledge to Zavodske. Together with local residents, the team renovated a community meeting space in the village hall using hemp, clay, and lime.

A community that was once home to 9,000 people is now inhabited by only 2,500, including just 300 young people. There is no school and no public gathering place. In this context, the workshop became much more than a construction project – it created a space for healing, learning, and imagining new possibilities for the future.
