Non-profit status / notice of exemption

Be an Angel e.V. is registered as a non-profit organization for the promotion of rescue from mortal danger, civic engagement for charitable purposes and public and vocational education, including student aid, according to the annex to the corporation tax assessment of the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin, tax no. 27/677/66910, dated 08.06.2023 for the last assessment period 2019 according to § 5 para. 1 no. 9 of the Corporation Tax Act (Körperschaftsteuergesetz) and according to § 3 no. 6 of the Trade Tax Act (Gewerbesteuergesetz) exempt from trade tax.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general legislation.
